By using RDNA.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the site.

RDNA.app is a cycling gear recommendation platform. It aggregates community sentiment from cyclist discussions, specialist reviews, and verified owner feedback, then presents three independent scores for each product: Semantic Match, Product Rating, and Brand Quality.

RDNA.app is an information tool, not a retailer. We do not sell products directly. When you click through to a retailer, your transaction is between you and that retailer. We have no control over retailer pricing, stock, shipping, returns, or customer service.

Scores are derived from publicly available community data processed through automated pipelines. They reflect aggregate sentiment, not expert testing or certification. Scores can be wrong, outdated, or based on thin data. A low-confidence label is shown when fewer than 15 data points are available, but this does not guarantee accuracy above that threshold.

We make reasonable efforts to detect and down-weight bot activity and manipulated reviews, but no detection system is perfect. Do not make purchasing decisions based solely on RDNA.app scores. Use them as one input alongside your own research.

Accounts are created with an email address and authenticated via magic link. No password is required or stored. You are responsible for access to the email address associated with your account.

You may create up to five rider profiles per account. Profile data (sizes, preferences, search instructions) is stored for personalisation and can be edited or deleted at any time from your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that are used to manipulate scores, spam the feedback system, or abuse the platform in any way.

RDNA.app earns revenue through affiliate commissions. When you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, the affiliate network may pay us a commission. This is the only revenue model. There are no ads, no sponsored placements, and no data sales.

Affiliate relationships do not influence product scores, rankings, or visibility. Products are displayed regardless of whether an affiliate link exists. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.

You may submit feedback through the feedback page. By submitting feedback you grant RDNA.app a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and categorise that feedback for the purpose of improving the platform. Feedback is categorised automatically and moderated for appropriateness. We reserve the right to remove feedback that is abusive, spam, or not constructive.

The RDNA.app name, design, scoring methodology, and original content are the property of the platform operator. Community data processed by the scoring pipeline originates from third-party sources and remains the property of those sources. Product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

RDNA.app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDNA.app and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on displayed scores.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDNA.app and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the last change was made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
